Appointment Cancellation Terms
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel it no later than 48 hours before the agreed time. You can cancel your appointment up until the 48-hour deadline via the booking reminder you received.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, we charge 50% of the appointment fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.

You can find Mielipalvelut's office in the eastern wing of the building, other side (backyard) of the building. Our new address is Verstaankatu 3 (starting from May 5, 2025).
We are located on the corner of the building at street level, the opposite of M-Market Vapriikki. The location has excellent transport connections, both by public transport and by car. Bus lines 13 and 11 stop very close to our office. Finnpark Pellavanparkki is across the street, and there are also plenty of street parking spaces available.

Our office in Turku is located right in the city center, close to the main library and the market square. You can enter through a gate opening from the street to the courtyard by pressing the buzzer.
